Small Business Commissioner

The Small Business Commissioner was launched in 2017 to help improve late and poor payment practices.

As an independent body (set up by government), they will investigate “complaints from small businesses about problems getting paid by larger businesses”. Complaints usually take 4 to 6 weeks to investigate.
